RichXchange is a non-custodial, on-chain exchange: it never holds anyone's money or coins. To let ordinary people pay with euros, dollars or other currencies, we work with licensed partner exchanges. Every partner works on the same terms, signs the same Standard Partner Agreement and appears on RichXchange the same way. No exclusivity, no favourites.

What you doYou sell RICHX (and, if you wish, Ethicoin and Bitcoin RXC) to your own customers, under your own licence, with your own identity checks, payments and fees, and deliver the coins to the customer's own wallet on RichX Chain.
What we doWe show your "Pay by card or bank" button to every RichXchange user in step 2 of "Buy in three steps", and hand you the customer's wallet address. The customer then trades on RichXchange.
InventoryYou buy your coin inventory from us in advance, at the agreed price, and keep it in your own wallet. Deliveries go from your wallet — no shared keys, no hot wallet of ours.
Who can applyExchanges, brokers and payment firms licensed or registered to provide crypto-asset services where they operate (for example MiCA CASP in the EU, FinCEN MSB and state licences in the US, or the equivalent), with KYC/AML in place.

How the integration works

  1. The customer creates a wallet on RichXchange and taps your button. We open your page with these parameters:

  2. You check the customer under your own KYC/AML rules and take the payment.
  3. You send the RICHX from your inventory wallet to wallet on RichX Chain (Chain ID 20260903, RPC https://rpc.richxchain.com). RICHX is the native coin; Ethicoin and Bitcoin RXC are RXC-20 tokens (addresses below).
  4. You show the customer the transaction link on https://richxscan.com/tx/… and send them back to return. Their RichXchange wallet shows the coins within seconds.

Assets. RICHX — native coin, 18 decimals, total supply 1,000,000,000. · Ethicoin (ETHIC+) — 0x7023Bb290be415b05491bBBaa45f4D15e4407E46, 9 decimals, gold-indexed; only released tranches may be sold. · Bitcoin RXC (RBTX) — 0xFcf33b5bd3Ec789cCc05Ba04388B309224eD5065, 8 decimals, hard cap 21,000,000.
