Your data, kept to a minimum.
This policy explains what happens to your data when you use richxchange.com. In short: we collect as little as possible, we use no tracking cookies or analytics, and we never sell data.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we process
- Server logs. Like any website, our server records technical data for each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile you.
- Wallet address. If you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is used only inside your browser to read your balance from RichX Chain. We do not store it on our servers. Wallet addresses and transactions on a public blockchain are visible to anyone by design.
- Emails. If you write to us, we use your email and message only to answer you.
3. What we do not do
- No tracking or advertising cookies, no analytics tools, no ad networks.
- No collection of private keys, recovery phrases or passwords — ever.
- No sale or rental of personal data.
4. Third parties your browser contacts
To show the page, your browser connects directly to: RichX Chain RPC (rpc.richxchain.com) for chain status and balances; CoinGecko (api.coingecko.com) for world market prices; and Google Fonts for typography. These services receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
4a. App installation
If you install RichXchange as an app, your device keeps a copy of the site's pages, styles and images so it opens quickly. This copy contains no personal data, is never sent to us, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear site data.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Write to legal@richxchange.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Trading and the blockchain
When you place, fill or cancel an order, your wallet address, amounts and prices are written to RichX Chain. That record is public and permanent by design and is not controlled by us. RichXchange keeps no separate trading account about you. If you talk to PAUL, your question (typed or spoken) is sent to our server and processed by our AI and voice provider to answer you; we do not store recordings.
