Terms of use.
Non-custodial service. RichXchange is an interface to a public order-book smart contract on RichX Chain. RichXchange does not hold accounts, deposits or customer funds, and cannot move, freeze or recover funds held in the contract. Every order is a transaction you sign yourself.
1. Operator
richxchange.com is operated by RichX Chain LLC (in formation), Wyoming, USA.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use RichXchange if you are located in, resident of or organised under a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions (including those administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control), or anywhere the services are prohibited by law.
3. No advice
Nothing on RichXchange is investment, legal or tax advice. World market prices are shown for reference from third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. PAUL provides general information only.
3a. Trading
Orders are placed, filled and cancelled by the order-book contract exactly as its published code defines; fills settle on RichX Chain and are final. The contract charges no trading fee; you pay RichX Chain network fees for every transaction. Prices are set only by users' orders — RichXchange does not quote prices, make markets or guarantee liquidity. You are responsible for checking every transaction in your wallet before signing, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
4. Your wallet
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys and recovery phrase. RichXchange never asks for them. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot reverse, cancel or recover them.
5. Risks
Digital assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. Smart contracts and blockchains can contain bugs; networks can be congested, forked or unavailable. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape at abusive rates or gain unauthorised access to the website or RichX Chain infrastructure, and do not use RichXchange for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose.
7. No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your wallet, third-party services, or blockchain events outside its control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
